Every year, 14 million disabled Americans make an unnecessary gamble. These people are disabled video gamers. Every time they buy a game, it is a $40-$60 risk that cannot be refunded if they cannot play the game because of their disability. I was one such gamer, and I had had enough. So I created a website to help disabled gamers determine which games are accessible prior to purchase. For the disabled, games are more than a hobby. They are a way to participate without being defined by impairment. They are a way to show the world that even though we may be different, we are gamers first.
